What we collect

When you sign up: your name, work e-mail, agency or business name, website, country, how many client sites you look after, who handles small requests now, your hourly rate, the builders you use and any note you write. Only name, e-mail and the number of sites are required.

Why

To reply, set you up and follow up by e-mail. You can stop the follow-up any time by replying or unsubscribing. The legal basis is your request (steps before a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering it.

Where it is kept and for how long

On our website's hosting (Hostinger) and in our e-mail, for up to 24 months after our last contact, or shorter when you ask. We do not sell or share it, except with the services that run this site and our e-mail.

Cookies

Without your consent we use no advertising or analytics cookies; your browser only keeps your choices (light or dark view, your cookie answer). If you accept, we use Meta Pixel to see whether our Facebook and Instagram ads work, and Meta may receive a hashed form of your e-mail when you apply.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@intelekto.lt. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
